Mesothelioma - Your Help Needed The CWU is affiliated to the Occuptaional and Environmental Diseases Association who deal with asbestos related illnesses. They are currently dealing with a case involving a Mesothelioma sufferer and need information regarding the presence of asbestos in old telephone switchboards during World War 2 and thos emade after the war. Perhaps in the cords for example. The Mesothelioma sufferer specifically worked on them between 1959 & 1961.
