CWU Issue H&S LTB Listings 2007

In the first letter to branches from the CWU, LTB01/08 brings to the attention of all its Branches concerns that not all union safety reps are getting the important information in LTBs and BOBs.

The union's national health & safety officer, Dave Joyce writes:

"It continues to be an increasing concern of the health, safety and environment department that important information sent out via the Union's LTB and BOB communications systems to Branches along with the "Safety Rep" Newsletter are not reaching Safety Representatives.

This problem also becomes clear to the department when Safety Reps contact the HS&E Department either by letter, phone or e-mail asking questions about something which had been referred to some weeks or months earlier in an LTB or BOB Paragraph so please use this reference guide when relating to current issues."

The attachment with the LTB lists all the H&S circulars issued during 2007 and can be used as a reference list to then download the LTB in full from the CWU's national website.
