Well-Being Workshops For Men Free From 3rd November

Well being Workshops CIC is a not- for profit organisation which aims to embed a culture of happiness and health throughout the community.

Working with Eventbrite as booking agent, they are delivering free workshops on Men's Mental Health which start on 3rd November.

Recommended by the CWU's NW Regional Mental Health Network, they are aimed at helping all those wishing to learn ways in which to manage their mental health or help them to support those they know with mental health conditions.

Aimed primarily at helping people by teaching them about Well-being, the workshops entitled Men's Well-being Webinar are delivered on-line on these dates and times:

24th NOV Thu, 13:00 - 14:00 GMT

8th DEC Thu, 13:00 - 14:00 GMT

There are also evening webinars too on the same dates as above and timed at 18:00 to 19:00 each evening.

Tickets need to be booked via the Eventbrite website here for the afternoon sessions and here fore the evening sessions. If you want to sign up for all the workshops just sign up for one as the link will work for each week.

The webinar series will:

  • Explore topics which have been shown to positively impact mental health and well-being
  • Delve deeper into understanding depression, anxiety and emotions
  • Practice healthy coping strategies and skills which we can use within our lives
  • Complete reflective tasks to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves
  • Look at how we can use and apply what we learn into our lives to improve our outlook
