Based in Birkenhead Delivery Office, CWU's Greater Mersey Amal Branch Mental Health First Aider James Morgan has issued a special health & safety newsletter supporting his colleagues on this year's World Mental Health Day.

It contains information and advice with regard to mental health generally and gives some practical tips on the issues involved around mental health illness.

James deals with such issues as Mental Health in the workplace, Mental ill-health and stress at work, workplace stigma, and lowering our self-expectations.
